and it's not hard to maintain weight while eating junk..
it's all about the portions and number of calories you eat which you can burn off after a workout..
Floyd makes sure he stays in the gym whether it's boxing season or not and can let himself go at anytime..
    Hard Work, Dedication :deal

its like pac. if he doesnt eat a lot of calories, he cant maintain the weight at welter

its so much easier eating what u want, work out and not have to worry about losing weight

    True,just look at Phelps.
The guy used to eat whole Pizzas daily, because he burned so many calories.

Tubs of ice cream even just to keep up the calories

But the guys who cut weight hope to gain an advantage by being the bigger guy on fight night. If they wanted to spend time in camp focused on perfecting their craft as Floyd does, they should move up in weight.

No its not when you take care of yourself like that, I mean Floyd is not the type to let himself go the way other fighters do in between fights.

Floyd is the type of mother ****er to have a title defense on Saturday night and be at the gym Tuesday at the latest and back to his road work.

Meaning when it comes time to train in camp half of the work is and has already been done... its easier to maintain than it is to have to work your way down....

those guys don't eat as much as you think or are more active than you think.

When you see guys who are ripped and don't exercise eat a bunch of junk food, do you see what they eat the rest of the day? I have friends who will go out and eat a whole pizza by themselves and be thin. But that'll be their only meal of the day while they play bball for hours.

Some people think I can eat whatever I want and stay lean, when they don't see all the other things I'm doing

when u r in shape the body uses food as fuel to replinish the bodys energy sources taken away from work outs. therefore eating a big mac aint gonna do much harm as a regular person on a diet who eats a big mac

your body always uses food as fuel. I swear, 98% don't know **** about the human body. And don't think I'm attacking you in particular about this.

Your body is always burning and storing fat. You use food for energy. If you don't have enough food(calories), your body will go to your glycogen and fat stores for fuel (sometimes even muscle). If you have more calories than you need, then your body will store the extra food as fat or muscle.
