I'm not offended, I'm just curious on where you got your haircuts in Philly, don't understand. New York is one of the biggest cities in the world, obviously it's gonna have more quality barbers, perhaps even better quantity.. It's like asking who has better stores, London or Manchester.. I go to NY everytime, either to visit family there, or shop at timesquare.. I don't know any haircut place that's good because I'm not from around there. Just like you're not from Philly.. When I did go there, had this Dominican guy **** my haircut up.. never again. And are you kidding me? There's a 5 dollar Chinese haircut place every other block.
