This fight will still do decent numbers I'm sure. Marquez vs. Bradley is a huge fight after all and JMM is a bona fide legend of the era.
Yep, I agree. PPV crap getting way out of hand. Even though I am interested in this fight there is no way I'm gonna shell out that kind of money to see it. Add the bullsh*t hd premium and now it might as well be 60 bucks! Looks like the promotors have left the 50$ fee behind. I wouldn't pay 60 bucks to watch my favorite fighter. What happened to all the talk about the economy being in the sh*tter? I guess boxing fans aren't affected by the economy. I could be wrong, but I think Provodnikov took a lot out of Bradley and his punch resistance is gone. Marquez too is aging and lost a bit in his clash against Pacquaio but I think he will figure out Tim and his headbutts. Look for a bloody Marquez by KO anytime after round 7.
this is a high drama, high intensity fight. the matchup is even and both are elite fighters. 60 bucks is fair.
You sound like a sucker..... :deal Why should I pay extra because I can afford it? You sound like a chump Should you pay sticker price for you're car? I'm sure you do sucker
I couldn't disagree with you more. First I wouldn't pay a cent for any fight with Tim...unless its PAC 2. Very few should be above 50 dollars, the average spirits fa
Although I'm very intersted in how this fight will play out, I won't be paying to watch it based on principle alone. I'm not liking the trend of PPV boxing as of late as the poweres that be seem to 1) be charging too much for fights, and 2) slapping together cards that a few years ago would be free on Showtime/HBO. But I don't begrudge anyone willing to pony up the dough.
