The buzz about the rematch is reaching a fevered pitch. The one man who can deny it or silence it has not. Anything is possible.

I'm not too keen on it happening either, but if it did happen, just think of the revenues this fight would generate. It could outdue the Tyson-Lewis fight.

Lewis doesn't need to comeback he got the Win by TKO 6, its Vitali who can't forget the demons from that night, no matter who he beats his resume looks like **** now and he knows it, he needed that win so badly.

You have to remember this fight could be Klitschko's big payday as well as a legacy cementing fight. Lennox really should stya retired but the hope will be happening for Klitschko until he retires.

I almost forgot what the scent of desperation smelled like. Thanks, Vitali.

these stupid "Lewis comeback threads" are almost bad as all the "elvis sightings" from years back...sooner or later, i would imagine they will just die off....Lewis is 42,43 years old, looked like **** in his last fight and knew it and got out...no shame in that......he did his thing

Many people thought that Lewis's last fight would leave a bad taste in his mouth and eventually get to him. However, it appears as though it is Vitali who can't get over the way their fight ended. 5+ years later and he's still talking about a rematch. Personally, I think Vitali will always be disappointed with himself for letting such a golden opportunity slip through his hands, the same golden opportunity that Hasim Rahman capitalized on 2 years earlier. Just my opinion.

I know it sounds like bull**** to many people, especially Lewis fans but I don't really see it as bull****. You got to put yourself in his position to know what's going in his head. He nearly had the first fight won till he was caught and busted open badly, even with half his face completely damaged he was throwing back and had Lewis in trouble, the man REALLY wanted it. The first fight's result, even though it was final, still had a rematch written all over it and that never happened so you can guess how pissed off Vitali is.

A rematch now is pointless then again I don't expect Vitali to agree and I can't blame him.
