    (65-6, 43 KOs) Marco Antonio Barrera just fought (1-8-1) Freudis Rojas and got got busted up by a headbutt, which jeoperdizes his march 14 against Amir Khan. How can Mexico allow a fight like this to happen? Really...they couldn't find another fighter in all of mexico with a better record than 1-8-1...:patsch****ing sad:-(

    Dude relax it was a last minute replacement and Barrera took this fight for sparring anyways.

    I don't care if it was a last second replacement. With all the fighters in mexico, you can't tell me that it was the best they could come up with...come on.

    He's scheduled to fight a month and a half. Do you expect MAB to have looked for the highest rated challenge at this point in his career when he's scheduled to fight so quickly AGAIN?

    Headbutts can happen in any fight. I fail to see how a county is supposed to step in somewhere.

    How could that possibly be a tune-up. The guy was obviously so out of his league that he wouldn't have tuned anything up. If anything fighting guys of that calibre would erode Barrera's skills rather than sharpen them up. Most countries wouldn't sanction a mismatch like that.
