I agree there must've been someone with at least a slight better record than him. But his original opponent didn't show up at the weigh-in, so it was not like they had the time to start a seearch operation from north untill south mexico... it was probably a local boxer.

 

It was a stay-active fight, no matter who it is against those stay active fights are always good for boxers to keep them in shape and ready for any bigger fight to come. I don't think Barrera will lose to Khan, not even close, I'm picking Barrera to KO him in this one. If you thought Barrera's last fight was against someone horrible then check out who Amir Khan fought in his last fight.

See, this is another reason why you guys would **** on a lot of old time greats.. they used to take fights like this all the time in-between fights.

From what I hear he was a late repalcement and he INTENTIONALLY butted MAB in rd 3. atsch I think MAB just wanted to get in some rounds to knock off any rust....the Oppoent clearly was a HATER! Lol... I guess he didn't want MAB to make some coin with a guy like Khan.
