    Just watched a clip of the first fight between Margarito and Santos and the commentators mentioned that Margo was a former sparring partner of DLH.

    yeap...Dela claimed Margo was too slow.. new this from personal experience and that Cotto would out box MArgo "easily"

    yeah,I think he said "if you when a title".. according to MArgo..

    well he won a title and defened it 7 times before losing.

    then picked up TWO more enroute to crushing the PR sensation the Tito Trinidad of the 2000's.....Miguel Cotto

    Its incredibly commonplace,top fighters being ex-sparring partners of older top fighters.
    Not unusual at all.
