It was already an insullt to come in as heavy as he did for the big event that was the Klitschko fight... he can't do anything worse than that anymore. Lazy, fat ****. :verysad
You would hope, but I'm really doubting it. If he couldn't come in shape for the biggest fight of his life then why would he start doing it now?
There aren't any threads because he has a loss and he is a Heavyweight. Basically, once you lose as a Heavyweight you are labeled "a bum" and it's very hard to win back the respect of everybody.
I don't like hearing excuses, but, he was going thru marital problems at the time of the Klitscko fight. Women can do that to ya.
You ain't kiddin'. HBO was advertising "We feature the greatest fighters on the planet" and Arreola was their Heavyweight representative atsch I too can not understand how you get a title shot after beating an out of shape, retired, Jameel Mccline in decline who folds like a lawn chair everytime :huh
i say give the man a chance and quit bitchin. He'll never be body beautiful but the 230 range is ideal for him. People love to write people off/hate on them/kick them when their down to make themselves feel all better inside. Especially when a guy loses the zero in his loss column. I wish him all the luck in the world and love his warrior spirit(all the weight lose and muscles in the world are no substitute for that) We'll see how he shows up for the Williams/Martinez undercard. Anything under 250 shows promise(but he still won't look like a Playgirl centerfold)
He should be 240 max... but let's be honest. 250, 240 or 230: Klitschko would've destroyed him just the same. It's not like he was beating Vitali and then suddenly got tired and lost.
