Did the likelihood of Eddie winning by stoppage just jump about 5% (standing now at about 6%)? :scaredas:

Maybe higher. If Peter is losing every round, who's to say he won't quit again?

bro...this is really a bad sign. i thought he'd come in high something like the first toney fight but this is just terrible. Peter still has the power to stop him but it's not looking good at all.

i don't know if better trainers/management is the answer...seems like he doesn't want to do it anymore. i hope he fights with some passion though and at least goes for it as long as he can.

I knew this would happen. I said it yesterday. Unbelieveable. Those rumors seem true now. Peter doesn't want to fight.

If Chambers happens to catch Peter in the eye like he did Povetkin, with the immediate swelling and all, I expect Peter to quit. Also, if the fight goes into the later rounds I expect to see Peter looking for a way out. Like Rico said, Vitali "mentally broke" Peter and with Peter's limited mental capacity I don't see anyway Peter will ever recover. The weight of 265 seems to surely confirm my thoughts on Peter.

Peter's only chance is to get lucky with a home run punch.

I have to agree with you.. even if peter beats Chambers by an early round KO...I still dont think he will ever get back to the upper level unless he changes his team and his own commitment

    Peter doesn't have a prayer.

He may, however, have a hoodoo chant. :think

I agree, Sam Peter is too fat and if Chambers stays away from his big shots for the first few rounds I think he'll get a wide UD or late stoppage.

After the fight, if Chambers wins I guess he moves up the queue for a shot at one of the champs, lose and it might be worth looking at a move down to Cruiserweight for him.

I can't see Sam being rated as a title contender again. Win or lose I think he'll be a stepping stone for younger fighters looking to make a name or themselves.
