your right...I remember we had Chambers in camp when Wlad was training for Brock... Chambers was good for 3 rounds MAX and then he was totally gassed.

CHEF I am of the opinion any elite level Heavyweight needs a nutrition guy preparing the meals during camp. It adds someone to be able to watch what the fighter is eating and hold them accountable so they are in top shape.

When you think about it bringing in and paying for a chef pays for itself in the long run and then some by a better performance in the ring.

I just think Team Peter is a mess and unorganized.

Me too.... I really DON'T have high hopes for Chambers in the long run as a heavy........ He'll never be a big star to the liking of HBO or Showtime..... Chambers will be somewhat of a "Spoiler" type fighter who wins by being slick, but also kinda' dull...... I don't see him racking up a lot of knockouts' at heavyweight.... Chambers will be a "ESPN / VERSUS" type network fighter........

I have a feeling were gonna see the sam peter of old balls to the wall, that is what he did with this trainer that he took back, besides that with peter coming in at 265 I believe peter believes he can just walk thru chambers and knock him out

I totally agree. You dont put shitty gas in a car and expect it to run well, they would an athlete do the same. I think its alot of "OLD SCHOOL" thinking, but food is #1

Feel bad for Sammy Peter? The hell for??? Let's break that down here.... Peter is still shy of 30; a millionaire & former WBC title holder.... Plus, he'll see a solid 200k gross tonight with Eddie Chambers on ESPN..... Sammy Peter is set for life---IF he is SMART with his spending and planning....... The ball is in his hands......... So he has been criticized? He desereves that to a degree...... BUT! With his ring earnings and bonus money from the Duva's, Sam Peter still sleeps good at night with a full belly......... Peace...:thumbsup

    MR.BILL:bbb

    P.S.

Tell you what... If Sammy Peter sends me a card in the mail with a sizeable check attached to it, I promise to do all in my power to aide and help Sammy regain his self-esteem....... I will tell him whatever he wants to hear....... Cheers...

Often when a fighter doesn't train or comes in overweight it means he has lost his confidence and self belief. Peter might have lost all confidence and self belief after his loss to Vitali.
