it's all about training your weak points. It will increase punch power but you don't need an X1 simulator for that.
Well I mean it does make sense. When throwing a punch, you generate more torque and power if that strength is being channeled through a stiff and rigid structure, any break in that and you lose a lot. That's why when throwing hooks, overhands, uppercuts they want you to stiffen at the elbow and make your lag snap and core generate the power. Then again every championship fight you see two elite fighters throwing loads or arm punches including hooks, overhands, uppercuts
The biggest punchers are the fighters that can stay the most rigid from start through finish during punching. That is also why guys like Loma and Usyk are not considered big punchers. They like everyone else have the ability to be big punchers, but their style is predicated on movement especially of the feet so they don't plant like you need to in order to bang. Guys who bang plant, become rigid, shoot their strength and power into the ground, and channel it through their structure as it ricochets back through them.
Wait that little plastic crapheap is what is being pedaled here? I didnt even notice it first time through. What is that thing going to do?
The instructions say that this simulator strengthens the muscles and stabilizes the arm. His advantage is that he dresses on top of the fighter’s shock bones
At the moment of the collision of the fist with the target is the inertia. Due to this simulator, you strengthen the muscles of the arm stabilizers and your bone structure becomes stiffer and thus your hand blow will be stronger
I'm aware of that but you don't need that thing to do it. Plenty of gym equipment works just as well off not better.
