Not been impressed by Shu. A 4 day sub was landing some nice shots until the last round. Huge lapses in pace and defense. Gets tagged. Meh.

Carrington is a weird fighter. He is athletically skilled and instinctively creative when he fights. However, he doesn't seem to have any overall plan when he goes into a fight. He gets hit and sort of figures thing s out as he goes along. When he fights top fighters that getting hit thing isn't going to work for him.

As far as Shu Shu mentioning or mildly calling out Monster Inoue, he doesn't want any of that. He has so many defensive lapses that Inoue will take him out inside six rounds.

havent really caught zayas last few fights. i remember being high on him a couple years ago, really liked what i saw. really liked his balance and positioning. always seemed to be in a position to throw power. i envisioned him rising alongside ortiz and one day them having a huge fight to add to the rivalry. lets see how that vision plays out.

I have a little extra respect for a Brazilian who boxes when the easy option is ju-jitsu
