Looks like a ****n teenager. No chance of happening. Granted he's got a good record and has fought guys who aren't completely ****. It would be like Nikita Tszyu vs Dylan Biggs. Men against Boys.
Good for the young bloke. Be careful what you wish for though b/c there have been several people who have called Tim out or have publicly said 'he will never fight me' who then received firm offers to fight him. You look like a goose if you demand the fight & then get cold feet when the offer comes. At least the kid has waited until they've locked in Lubin as the alternate to Charlo before deciding to go public.
Tszuy is the man @154 and I enjoy seeing him fight so it could be fun until we get the Charlo fight. I favor Tszuy to stop them both.
Can't really take call outs serious. But his resume suggests he has some work to do before being considered. Unless he's in a mandatory position, then that's an ABC thing.
I think he's got a way to go to be able to lock horns with Tim. But he does look promising. 154 lbs could absolutely become boxing's excitement division for the next several years with guys like Tszyu, Zayas, Tellez and Ennis, Ortiz Jr moving up.
Charlo will never (never) fight Tszyu. Zayas isn't serious about fighting Tszyu yet. He's just getting his name out there for bigger fights knowing that Charlo is ducking Tszyu.
He still needs 4-5 fights before taking taking on Tszyu. But considering that I don't think Tszyu had even turned pro at the age that Zayas is now...I'm not too worried about the pace of Harris' advancement.
He needs more experience before challenging Timmy, who at this point in time would set that kids career back several years.
