i mean the man moved from middle to heavyweight. hardly losing a round. they talk about how bad his chin is but he never had the problem when he was in his prime.

i want one of u guys to make a youtube video clip of roy in his prime taking big shots. just to show these guys he never had problem with his chin

this doesn't make sense, you're telling the people that doubt his chin to find a video of him taking a good shot to prove his chin was good?

What kind of credit can you give to him on his chin?? His style of fighting was to not get hit, especially on that chin. He wasn't gifted with LaMotta-type of whisker, and I don't think it was age that made him less tolerant to punches but less able to turn shots or avoid them. That doesn't mean he's made of glass but not in the top pier of concrete jawed fighters....the universe has to equal itself out (if that makes sense to anyone).

Wat I want to kno is how do you train a chin?:huh
I seen numerous posters get on him and discredit him b/c he get KO'd 2wice.
Saying RJ is nothing but a glass chinned bum, I personally dont think RJ and bum should b in the same sentence IMO.
1 was a had shot that he never saw, that im prety sure any LHW that would have took it wouldve went down. He other 1 I cant explain till this day, but I will just say it was an accumulation of taking punches that led to his downfall.

because he is just wasting his time n legacy fighting now Roy was good before but after been exposed he will never recover from those kniockdownsn no matter how many times roy jones tells himself that he is back to his best he will never be!

he is just fighting for money not legacy like real legends like Ali did n only fought the best tht they could give him where as Jones fights for money

Hopefully RJJ will get the praise he deserves after whooping Tito in 5.

Then when he beats Calzaghe, he'll demand the praise

All you need to do is post the first fight with Tarver, that many forget about. He takes bombs in that fight and of course wasn't in his prime, far from it. There are fights where he got hit in his actual prime, HOWEVER in the 1st Tarver fight was when he was getting hit a lot and had to dig deep to win it.
