Gilberto "Zurdo" Ramirez has spent all of two hours as a cruiserweight. He has yet to fight an actual cruiserweight opponent as this was Joe Smith's first fight at cruiserweight as well. Due to his extensive achievements as well as deep and accomplished resume at cruiserweight, Boxrec now gas Zurdo as the number one Cruiserweight in the world. I know that Boxrec is numbers and algorithm based but they really need to tinker with their system. This is a joke.
