All these midgets need to get a fight with Inoue. Wonder what Hearn pays Burnett. Probably got like £50-75k for Zhakiyanov based on what Yafai is getting. Burnett should just fight Tete, would easily sell out any arena in Belfast and they could charge decent money for tickets.

 

That's a good point tbh. I suppose depending on where these guys live it's not so bad. Indongo for instance probably made peanuts his entire career but can now most likely go back to Namibia with his Burns, Crawford and Prograis money and live like an absolute king.

I kinda thought so too. Yafai needs to either base himself Stateside and build a fight with Rungvisai or just move up and try his luck in the Bantamweight WBSS if he wants to make some dough. But even then I doubt he'd be able to retire from his earnings when he finishes in boxing. Domestically the only "big fight" for him is that rat boy Charlie Edwards. I suppose with a dose of IFL-sponsored "heated beef" that could be a relatively big fight for the casuals in Birmingham. But again, doubt that would go even near a £100k fight purse.

Yeah ok Kal, that's why you're jetting over Stateside to box for $40,000. Is that Porsche on lease? Can he even see over the steering wheel at 5'3" without a booster seat?

 

JD Sports but I doubt he'd get much more than free clothing tbh. Less than 50k Twitter followers, 5'3" in a low-interest weight class, receding hairline, ugly... He's hardly marketable unfortunately.
