    They have Donaire at #15. Still pretty impressive P4P ranking considering they have Donaire as the highest ranked 115/118 boxer today. Montiel at #18.

    Those honestly look a little more reasonable than Ring's assessment. I can respect someone's opinion to have either Floyd or Manny at the top, but some of those Ring rankings are pretty outlandish.

    Who else do you give it to? He has wins over Quintana, Wright, Margarito, Martinez, and Cintron. But more importantly, Mosley got blasted by Mayweather, Donaire has done nothing since Darchinyan, the Super Six fighters are cannablizing each other, Marquez hasn't fought since Floyd dominated him. So perhaps Chad Dawson has a claim to it, perhaps Bradley does, maybe one of the Klitschkos but nobody is clearly ahead of Paul Williams IMO for the spot.
