Let's make it easier for others : This content is protected This content is protected 31.03.07 - By Per Ake Persson: Former WBC lightheavy champ Tomasz Adamek has been accused of doping in a book, a bestseller, published in Poland called "Tomasz Adamek - true story". The book, written by a former member of Team Adamek, claims to reveal how Adamek was allegedly on steroids for all major fights and not only that: It´s claimed that the ex-champ also allegedly committed tax offences while in the US, falsified documents while importing cars from the US to Poland and had connections to organized crime.. Prosecutors have began investigating Adamek, who has stated he is innocent to everything he is accused of. Tomasz Adamek turned pro in 99 to what then was known as Panix Poland with Andrei Gmitruk as manager and Panos Eliades as promoter. When P P folded Gmitruk started promoting his own shows and then joined the now defunct Modern Sports & Events in Scandinavia with Gmitruk as trainer and manager. Adamek´s career took off when he signed with Don King Productions and he won the vacant WBC title with a points win over Paul Briggs in 2005. A win over German Thomas Ulrich followed but then came a lengthty promotional dispute with DKP that kept Adamek out of the ring for a year before he beat Briggs again. In February of this year he lost the title to Chad Dawson.
Thats some dark ****....hope it isnt true. If it is, Adamek is a ****ing **** and a fraud and needs to be banned.
Thats all bull****. He was never caught doing any kinds of drugs during his Light Heavyweight days vs. Briggs and Ulrich, to his Cruiserweight days now. It was all rumors made by Radoslav Konder, Adameks former cornerman and website manager, who got all pisst cause Adamek wasn't paying him much for such little work he did in contribution to Adameks success at Light Heavyweight. He made a book about it called Tomasz Adamek : Historia Prawdziwa meaning "The real truth"... Where he claimed Adamek was involved with gangsters and the Polish mafia. He also claimed and have 40 hours of private recorded conversations with Adamek. Radoslaw Konder wanted to make a deal with Adamek, either pay him more or suffer all the consequences in his new book and reports with gangsters and drug scandals . It all turned out to be bull**** and Konder was just trying to make a buck with his Book and get all in the media to get some money for the book real history of Tomasz Adamek. It was all false. They went to court and apparently Konder went to jail on fail accusations.. It was all because Konder thought he wasnt getting paid enough for being in Adameks corner and managing the little apparent things in Adameks boxing career, so he got all pissed and made a book about it with his accusations about Tomasz Adamek and it went to court and he failed.
lol andyZor u know **** about what u talkin about dont u ? Konder is living long and happy in USA. They didnt go to the court because Konder was blackmailed by very powerfull person and literally had to back off. How did you figured it was all bull**** when he was publishing the tapes audio and video as his proofs ?
I never said he wasn't... This was over 2 or 3 years ago.. I dont know the whole story i only said what i read a long time ago... His book was a failure tho.
