Guy who has 3 belts, with 100% KO ratio and have beating everyone in any place that you put him, saying that his dream is to be a good boxer one day, is overrated ? His hard work and dedication is something that a lot of UK/US fighters lack
Beterbiev will be favourite but in a shoot out between punchers you never know. I would be more confident in Bivol or Buatsi defeating Yarde and Beterbiev.
No Beterbiev’s record is not padded and he is a really good fighter and champion but it’s possible his time may come.
It's always possible Yarde lands in an exchange and gets a KO. He's another PED-prospect over there in the UK, that helps too. I'd prefer Yarde put out cold with gore gushing out his mouth, like poor Pricey v Povetkin, but with no consciousness. If an eye socket goes too, that would be sad, as it would set back his next fight and put a strain on the English medical system. I'd help set up a Gofundme. But it is boxing after all and they're all warriors who are prepared to die in the ring every weekend. Okay, sometimes they retire in the corner or get their trainers to do it, or make sure they don't beat the count, but it's still similar to those battles between Romans and Germanic tribes, or the Eastern Front in WW2. Just with gloves. Lions and warriors, all of them. Heroes!
Yarde won't even have time to gas out in this one. Artur is going to do so much damage to Yarde's body, that Anthony had better hope that science can preserve his brain in a jar.
Yup time may come soon but Yarde won't be the guy. Yarde is pretty solid and i gave him credit for fighting Kovalev in Russia but he's way too green to beat a guy like Beterbiev. Yarde should have fought better competition. It's not working to fight bum after bum after bum and then stepping up to fight the best in the world. You need better opponents.
