From what iv seen against low opposition he looks good but with that mayweather type defence he will get knocked out when he steps up
He will be fed opponents for a good while yet he is learning on the job so to speak because of limited amateur experience. While he certainly carries power be it against journeymen, the real test will be when he gets live opposition and many perceptions of even the fighter themselves change when taking punches with smaller gloves.
Does well on the eye test for what it's worth but it's too hard to say without seeing him against anyone half decent yet.
He looks good, but is in a loaded division with established p4p fighters and good prospects. I'm not sure he's as good a prospect as Dmitry Bivol for example.
Overly muscled for the weight and has an extraordinary small head for a man of his size. But, he does look to be talented and is doing what he is supposed to do against the opposition he's been facing. I'm led to believe he had little amateur experience so it's expected that he's going to be doing his learning as he goes on but truthfully his opponents to date are not teaching him anything. It's time he faced his first opponent with more wins than losses.
I was thinking exactly this: Anthony Yarde's head is indeed extremely small in proportion to the rest of his body. This unfortunate trait -- and the deleterious effect it can have on punch resistance -- may not augur well for Yarde when he does eventually step up in class to fringe world level.
