Yarde on his third world title shot, what’s Buatsi doing?

Even though Yarde fought too many bums and not enough of the right step up fights to prepare himself for the title fights he still had the better career path than Buatsi. Buatsi still not even had 1 world title fight and he’s getting on in age now too. Yarde is on 3.

Buatsi just isn’t world level, he lost to a shot Smith on his way out. If you cant beat this version of Callum you aren’t winning a title.

I'm surprised that they haven't fought each other yet.

neither is Yarde whose best win by a mile is Lyndon Arthur who is British level.

I thought the titles were currently with Bivol and tied up in a potential Beterbiev rematch?

That's the difference in having a good promotor which Yarde the idiot nearly chucked away.

Buatsi, an even bigger idiot is too fragile mentally for boxing. Thinks too much and talks too much. Jumped from Matchroom to Boxxer and made himself even more irrelevant than he already was.

AJ is exactly the same as Buatsi. An oddball. Loves the sound of his own voice far too much however he's stayed with Marchroom who have done very well by him and guided and protected him where necessary, despite AJ being a complete and utter weirdo like Buatsi.

Whilst that’s true, Yarde has never ducked nobody….we know Buatsi turned down Bivol at least twice. Dude knows he’s not great.

Bivol had to vacate WBC as Turki told him to have the trilogy with Beterbiev so Benavidez was elevated to full champion.

Dude has had years to box somebody in that middle ground. Thats in way a duck. He’s clearly avoided that to eliminate the risk of losing since all he has to do is land one good flurry and then get knocked out by a great to be given credit

His tactic is to jump the queue avoiding domestic threats and only fight world champions so then he can say I’ve competed at the top level so nobody can say I don’t take on challenges.

yes he wants to cut out the risk of losing to the middle men although these matches would set him up better against the top dogs win or lose. Hard to go from Lyndon Arthur or a Spanish hospital porter to Kovalev or Beterbiev.
