Anthony 'ducks in the camp' Yarde. I would love to see Yarde/Buatsi but at Yarde's rate of progression, that is never gonna happen. I'm high on the eye test with Yarde but Hearn may well be telling the truth when he says everyone in the business knows that Buatsi beats him. This type of matchmaking is ridiculous.

What an absolute joke of a fight, although this is to be expected from Yarde and co.

The opponent has only fought once outside of Argentina, is currently ranked #35 on boxrec (probably an improvement on Yarde's competition after all), has lost 2 of his last 5 and his last two opponents were 7-8 and 27-21.

Yarde is the most protected and coddled fighter in boxing today.

 

Because Hearn offered yarde fights with buglioni, Johnson and buatsi and yarde declined and said he was levels above those fighters then fights another bum instead

I think Frank's doing the right thing with Yarde. They know he's not ready for bigger fights yet and have repeatedly said that his lack of amateur pedigree is the reason why he's been taken along slowly. No point throwing him in a fight where he'll lose comfortably at this stage of his career to please his critics.
