The thread still lives and it will unless Kell fights someone good in December.

Purely based on boxrec - El Maachi has never had a twelve rounder and has never actually weighed in at 147.

He is really pretty much irrelevant at welterweight at the moment. He also has a loss to the commonwealth champion.

What is the deal there anyway? He's had fights at LMW, MW, SMW and one at LHW!!!

He is a welterweight, just struggled to get any fights so has moved up.

I think he gets a British passport this year which would have got him British, Commonwealth and European title fights.

Bro to TFFP you now must be a Khan nuthugger, how dare you compare the World Champion Kell Brook to that nobody on the world seen never fought a 10 ten guy in his division or even fought in the U.S Amir Khan.

BAD clash of styles, would be along the lines of the fight with Witter, could be hard to pick a winner, both very awkward.

how many knockouts does he have like 5 in 18 fights:lol: you dont have an argument, you cant prove that Jackiewicz is shot and then you make up more lies that he was in his late 30s GTFO you lying bag of ****.
the poles most recent fights were against ****ing jan zaeck and ppl thought he deserved to win,
i guess zab judah was also shot since hes about the same age as the pole.
and why doesn't khan fight mike jones. hes a far bigger name stateside then matt hatton or brook, i'm a khan fan and i think jones would be a tough night for khan, a more tough night then say bradley or brook.
your just a massive bellend darni

Don't get butt hurt mate, my views are my views, don't like what I say then good for you. :D

Khan wants keep in touch at home aswell so the plan is to make his 147 debut at home early next year so Hatton or Brook are on the books.

I know Brook hasn't mixed it in world class you dickhead, that was not my point. Not once did I even hint that he had, you obviously have reading comprehension difficulties which wouldn't surprise me given the recent standard on here. I'm fully aware the Polish guy and N'dou represent gatekeeper standard, but thats levels above what El Maachi has done which includes a somewhat flukey victory in the Prizefighter final. I'll say it again, a format which has nothing to do with any of these comparisons.

As far as I'm aware El Maachi is struggling to post a notable victory over a reasonable distance even at domestic level. His biggest claim to fame is beating Jimmy Colas, and lets not forget the guy has lost 4 times. So is my statement that Khan to Brook is as big as the gap from Brook to El Maachi unreasonable? Not a ****ing chance.

Jackiewicz was a world class welterweight, no two ways about it, that win is going to get seriously underrated I think. And, yes, he was a world class welterweight(not a world class fighter mind, merely in his division), beating Zaveck and losing a razor thin fight to him as well as beating Rodriguez was enough to cement that in what is a poor welterweight division.

Say what you will, but Rafal was a top fighter at the weight, and Brook beat him comprehensively. It's funny in a way that the manner of victory has led to it being so underrated, if Jackiewicz had stolen a few rounds - as many expected him to - people would be giving Brook an awful lot more credit than they are now I think.

All El Maachi could/would be is a stay-sharp fight for Brook, they are light years apart currently. And until Brook's opponent is announced I'll maintain that there's no point in fighting someone like El Maachi, who offers nothing except an ugly fight.

Are you seriously trying to be clever you dickriding cocksucker? You're pondlife on here, a worthless nuthugger. The worst kind of poster, at least haters like Barlow are amusing as ****. You're not funny, you know nothing, you're just a clueless muppet waxing lyrical about the only thing he knows which is Amir Khan. When he's gone you'll be back under your rock so stick to wanking over your posters and leave the discussion to people that know and care about the sport tosspot.
