FW would never allow this fight anytime soon. Saunders would be taken to the trenches. If he was overweight or not in good condition his '0' would be in grave danger. However a Saunders at his peak would learn so much in a bout like and should win.

Billy Joe Saunders by first round KTFO.

Maachi has beaten no one. He has never looked like he can move up a level.

    Maachi's best win is Spitko.

BJ will be a light heavy soon the way he is going. The guy is an utter disgrace when it comes to his conditioning. People make excuses for him carrying the extra KG but if he cant shift the weight now can you imagine him in a few years.

El Maachi is too risky for Saunders. Saunders is tenacious but relatively basic. El Maachi is awkward and could take the decision over 6. Then again Saunders talent might show and he'd be too strong and powerful. I don't think Saunders is any good to be honest.

Still. Maachi's best win is Kevin Concepcion actually 15-0 at the time. Or Eamon Goodbrand who is another decent ex-amateur star. Its inarguable really at this stage, lets see if someone gives El Maachi a bit of notice at a shot. I'd only pick the very top boys to beat him.

I know Kevin would pick him against just about anyone in the UK.

I am still laughing at the shout out to Antony Small. 'Come fight me please...I've just beaten Spitko'.

Any chance of Maachi being in the next prizefighter?

He would be great and would have a very good chance of winning.

Never seen the fight but apparently El Maachie fought evenly with Onsei Bonsu and knocked him down before being KOd himself when he was a novice.
