BUT, What do you expect the Nevada commision to say. Even an "well, can't say for sure" would be shot down to flames. They sure as hell aren't going to say they were guilty, and since any evidence from that fight that so much time has passed, easy out to say: "Oh yeah, we did OUR job right, no way nothing was wrong here."
