I think he is already ranked extremely high. He's done good work since the Oscar bout.

Another reason is i think the rep of the names of his resume will go up as time goes on thus increasing his stature

For example,it was a few years ago some people were calling Hatton a bum these days he is viewed with much more respect and I wouldnt be surprised if he makes it into the HOF

Floyd would be ranked even if he just got his brains together and got in the ring with Pacman. He'd easily outbox Pac, get a nice fat paycheck and cement his legacy.

I don't understand why Money's team is so worried about Pac. Floyd would cruise to a clear UD12.

Last I heard Floyd said PAC could cripple him. Well Floyd is right, PAC crippled Bradley. Floyd was right when he said he was a coward.

in a few yrs, he will be looked as LEGIT Goat...there has never been a fighter in HISTORY that was the PERFECT fighter skillwise...I have yet to see Ali, SRR, Or SRL Gatti someone...or Genero someone, or Diago someone, or JMM Someone...that JMM Fight was one of Floyd's most SPECIAL performances...it wasnt super aggressive it was just superduper slick, defensive, accurate, and out of this world

Of course...in time they'll ignore his persona and strictly look at his ledger. Best of his generation and it's not close...

The top two spots (SRR & Armstrong) are on lock down, though. Not Floyd's fault, just his era.

  14. You guys forgot the part where people will bring up the part where he avoided tough competition. Like it or nor that's part of his legacy.

You have yet to see someone do what??

And if Floyd's best boxing clinic was against Corrales. Not a guy who was 2x smaller than him. Remember you ***** Flyod didn't even weigh in for that fight. :huh

I'm not saying hes not greatest cuz he is, but for you to straight say he is #1 GOAT is crazy. He hasn't even fought the #2 of his era unlike SRL, Ali, etc.

In my mind Pac/Flyod needs to get made. The winner gets GOAT of our era with the loser coming in at #2.
