Exactly PBF knew he was going to make weight so he had no issues with the weight fine. Pac on the other hand didn't know if he would pass the test so he made excuses as to why he couldn't test.

Look, if I went to a job interview where taking a UA was not required, and offered me the job, I accepted. THAN said I need to take one only AFTER, it's been offerd, well guess what? I would not have to take one. And if they laid me off because of that, I could sue them.
