    StEVE Kim mentioned this in a tweet, a fan asked him if Gamboa was scared & if thts why the fight has not been made yet

    Kim didnt go into details,but said the fight is in jeporady cause of TEAM MIKEY GARCIA

    Dissapointing. Seems like they r being diffucult in negotiations. Hope they r ..not ducki.g

    Mikey's saying gamboas team asking for too much which I can believe because it's 50 cent who's done terrible job with his fighters so far

    Neither fighter deserves more then 1.2 Mill

    Its a big fight not huge

    It depends what he means by too much, this is one of the biggest fights at 130-135 ... If there is no money in it then better for fighters to go and clean shoes on the streets ...

    yea cuz steve kim knows everything about boxing??? this dudes predictions are ****. i remmeber how adamant he was that vernon forrest was gonna lose the rematch to mora, since then i havent got on that site ever

    Right now, MG deserves the bigger check. He's active and has been fighting from good to really good competition.

    YG disappeared and didn't even show up for a conference. Nuff said.

    well...there aren't too many bigger names on the horizon for gamboa...so i get him wanting to be paid accordingly. hopefully they can come to terms because i believe gamboa beats garcia easily.

    From our collective past experience, lets decide who we believe has more likelihood of making negotiations difficult.

    I'm going to go with Gamboa, given that he has had about one fight in two years if my recollection serves me right.

    Seen in a recent interview Mikey stating Gamboa was asking for more money than him and it wasn't in HBO's budget

    Edit: sorry didn't see the interview was posted earlier.
