...in the 2nd round, when Mosley "popped the ****" out of Floyd...TWICE!!! As a Floyd Fan, I ain't gonna lie, I was like: "Hell naw, I know Floyd is not going to let this Jherri Curl, Hazeled-eyed Bruce Leroy from the Last Dragon Looking Mutha'fuka' catch him like that."

Once the round was over, And Roger told him to simply "Box his ass"...I knew Floyd's smarts would take over. But I will admit, I was trippin'!!!

I had to take a deep breath, could hardly look at the screen but I knew he would make it through the round.

All my freinds who wanted Floyd to lose lent forward and I reclined back.

After the first straight right I was a little amazed. But I saw Floyd regained focus almost right away. The second shot, the hook, was insane, though... I thought for sure Mosley would have put him down with the way he was wobbling. But even again in like 10/15 seconds Floyd regained complete focus. I actually thought he'd got hit again like that pretty soon in the 3rd/4th but he adjusted well.

Not so much the first right hand...he seemed to regain composure pretty quickly after that. But the second right to the temple...it looked so explosive when watching it live...couldn't believe he didn't go down.

I'm not a nuthugger of floyd but I do like watching him fight and a fan to a small degree. His antics and mouth outside of the ring makes me dislike him personally but ya, I was thinkin he was getting KO'd for sure. The way he came back immediately like that was impressive, very very impressive.

I was at the edge of my seat in the 2nd RD. I thought Shane caused an upset.

I was like damn, Shane hit him hard as hell!...I was suprised how he was able to recover the way he did and dominate!

EDIT: I for sure thought he was going to go down after taking that shot!

Considering all the money I had on Mayweather, I certainly swallowed hard.

To tell the truth I was a little nervous(before the fight, not during ever since fav fighter meldrick taylor loss to Chavez). One thing I've always said about Mayweather was that he always keeps his composure. He's been hit hard before but when I saw him smile after the first punch i knew he would recover and he always come out with even more accurte punches

If you could allow me two points please:
#1 This might be the funniest **** I've ever read, and while translated to Southern Rhetoric my internal voice was saying much the same thing.

#2 It was probably the thing that stands out most to me about the fight in general, it demonstrated a "mortal" side of PBF. Not to suggest he's a God or any such being, he had operated so efficiently and seemlessly for so long that it was remarkable to see him "hurt". Which further adds to his legacy or perceived invinsibility that he could take those kind of shots, be that kind of hurt, and still dominate a fight to the degree that he did. There are few people from 154 down that could withstand those shots and not be put away.

i had money on Mayweather. The second right hand made me spill my beer and possibly also stain my underwear. I relaxed from round 3 on.
