Seeing as I'm not Floyd Mayweather I have no way of knowing why he won't fight them. Maybe he is scared maybe he isn't.

Pac wouldn't even need a "gameplan" to beat Floyd. He just has to fight the way he always does and that would be more than enough to give Mayweather all kinds of trouble. Pacs speed, accuracy and output are likely to be way too much for May to handle. If they ever were to fight Mayweather would be the one to better have an excellent gameplan that evening.
