    You can make arguments for all three of his UD conquerors, and none of them had a truly easy night.

    Obviously neither Soliman nor Mendy are in the conversation, since the former squeaked by him and the latter was awarded victory on a foul though he was obviously about to be legitimately KTFO sooner or later.

    Dirrell was by no means robbed either; the draw was a fair result.

    So take your pick of Ward, Calzaghe and Bute. A hater of each one can find reasons to support them struggling the most, while a fanatic could argue why they didn't.

    I am fine with how wide the scores were for Ward, though. Bika made it competitive but never put enough of a stamp on many of those rounds to actually claim them.
