Has anyone seen him? He seems to be one of the quickest rising prospects in the world but I can't find any footage of him or anything :-(
I quick a google on hims earlier this week and found this: http://boxingprospects.blogspot.com/2011/12/yohei-tobe.html
Here's his debut, where he destroyed the Korean champ at the weight: [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HyCIz43-K0M[/ame] His 2nd pro fight, where he took on the much faded former 'world' champion Wandee Singwancha: [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GOWG8L2NGZQ[/ame] Sadly, his 3rd fight against Kohei Kono (and most impressive win by far) has not been uploaded to YouTube yet as far as I know. BTW, also look out for Ryosuke Iwasa and Shuhei Tsuchiya, two of my fave Japanese prospects :good
I saw Iwasa's war with Yamanaka and enjoyed it, Tsuchiya I've seen a little bit of footage of, incredibly hard hitting from what I've seen...and he seems to not mind taking one to land one either.
For a while, i thought you had misspelled or deliberately Japanized "You Tube" right there... Nice prospect. Would be worth watching for. :good
Now seriously seems to be a very good prospect...Great speed and power and he is on the fastrack being ranked 22 by the WBC after just three fights.
