Yong Soo Choi is another underrated South Korean fighter that doesn’t get enough attention and what an exciting pitbull he was in the 90s. Held the WBA Super Featherweight title and defended it 7 times. Haven't seen much of Choi apart from his fights with Hatakeyama but he seems like a really fun fighter. Bullish strong, consistent pressure, and a pretty good body puncher. A very sound and fairly polished pressure fighter.
