Ugas looking relaxed, controlling the distance and working that double jab in a feel-out round. Not a lot of action but Ugas clearly one the first two rounds.

Round 1 Ugas 10-9, very close
    Round 2 Ugas 10-9

Still feeling each other out, but Ugas more aggressive working behind his jab, Ramos countering occasionally with left hooks.

Hope this heats up. Thus far not very engaging, so to speak.

    Round 2 Ugas 10-9
    Round 3 Ugas 10-9

Ugas double jabbing an following it up with body shots. But Ramos landed a counter hook to the head, which rocked Ugas, he hid it well, but that encouraged Ramos, who outworked him late, but not enough.

Ugas has evolved beyond the level of where he used to struggle 2-3 years ago. Is he beating Spence or Crawford? Of course not.

Why is Ramos trying to box a guy he can’t possibly out box? He needs to be sitting down on his shots.

He almost dropped him with a counter hook, by boxing.

Shut-out so far by Ugas. One mistake in the 3rd but he still won the round. Ramos is fighting Ugas’ fight so far.

This is why I don't like Ugas fights. He could put his foot on the gas and maybe even get Ramos out of there, but he's content to pitty-pat his way through the round with the occasional solid hooks.

    Round 2 Ugas 10-9
    Round 3 Ugas 10-9
    Round 4 Ugas 10-9
    Round 5 Ramos 10-9

Both standing in range of each other, Ramos outjabbed hm, and managed to sneak in a few nice hooks to the body and head during exchanges.

    Round 3 Ugas 10-9
    Round 4 Ugas 10-9
    Round 5 Ramos 10-9
    Round 6 Ramos 10-9, close

Near even round, Abel more active with the jab, and his hooks to the body and head more effective, Ugas swung for the fences, missed so badly, he went down.

And now it's picking up for what I can only assume is the sole purpose of making me look like a dumb-dumb, so I dislike Ugas even more.

Both jabbing well, but Ugas landed a few more power punches, still he was far less active, the 0ace is slowing.
