    In yorkshire the local delicacy is spunk on chips and its the only county in england were the rules are the losing side of a rugby match gets bummed by the winning team afterwards.

    Another one here born in Doncaster albeit only partially bred.
    Moved darn' sarf' at the young age of 6 or 7.

    Part's of It was your typical industrialised northern railway town back in the early 60's. Rough and poorish but decent enough working class areas. Most people were respectful and hard working . Other parts were quite nice and quite affluent.

    I must admit though like many UK areas the passing of time has not been kind.
