When fighters swarm Wlad consistently or in bursts then first they must get in on him, which he usually neutralises immediately with footwork. Then if they can match his footwork with their own/aggression then he usually clinches them. Then it's usually a wrap because most boxers are an embarrassment who don't come in shape, don't want to dare to be great and don't know how to counter a clinch. They then have an unspoken agreement to becoming boring, accept the clinch and lose.

It's why history has John Ruiz down as a World Heavyweight Champion/Titlist.

He needs to box behind that jab with plenty of movement for the first 3 rounds, then switch from jabbing to fighting on the inside.

I seriously think peters plan is for a points win, all the I'm going to come out all guns blazing from the first bell is a bluff.

Of course that's their plan. King of Fluff is not going to try and knock out Wladimir, they're going to try and win on points.

If Fury had thrown the jab more he would of won convincgly.

Peter was willing at him to throw it more often, when Wlad reset himself. He was too wide with the lead hand for me but a deserved win.

Fair play to you for having the ***** to back Fury.

I knew Fury could make Wlad uncomfortable, if he got past the first 3 or 4 rounds, but my one worry was that he'd walk onto something early.

I'm a very good loser, but an awful winner.

If i were you i'd keep milking it, and keep reminding the doubters what they said pre fight. :good

I was right about a good few things; how Wlad fights, ways to counter it. Although, if im honest, i did think there would be more in fighting on Fury's part.
