    Boxer as in technically better , still think he is. He was way better than Garcia till be got sparked out. Peterson on whatever he was on wasn't technically better than him either. I'm not saying he couldn't get knocked out by anyone of the boxers you listed. What I'm saying is if he could take a punch he would beat all of them.

    I'd go

    Khan v Salita II then Khan v Earl II and of he's feeling confident enough and not been put down more than a couple of times in those fights maybe step it up a notch to Khan v McCloskey II.

    I tend to agree with those who think he is shot. Always liked Khan but he looks done at the top level.

    If Khan was technically better than Garcia and Petersen he would have defeated both guys. His lack of technical know-how and ring IQ explains why he lost both fights. He had certain advantages over both fighters but could not exploit it. Garcia should technical know how making the adjustments to stop Khan. This was no fluke as Khan seems to think.

    They either need to cash him out or rebuild slowly.

    So it's basically Floyd/Manny/Marquez or the likes of Prescott first, then Peterson & Garcia.
