More or less agree, though a prime-for-prime matchup between these guys would be 50/50 in my view. Very close to call, both guys posing problems to the other.

Tyson only had punching power and a few good rounds left in him by that stage. He was too slow, the bobbing and weaving was null and void and his training/conditioning erratic. He'd need a time machine and Kevin Rooney to have a hope in this one.
