Let's say there was a new EU directive that was applied to boxing in Europe and you were made the czar of a new European Boxing Commission that controlled boxing. Bascially, all ABCs, national boxing federations, promoters et al are all your bitches. You have executive powers to basically do as you please without repercussions. What changes would you make? How would you use or abuse these powers to improve boxing?
