Just for fun, this was inspired by commentators doing "fight plans" prior to fights and there seems to be a good amount of savvy boxing minds on the board and a lot of intriguing matchups coming up. If you were a trainer what would your fight-plan be for any of these fights (or all if you want to) for the fighters.

    Devon Alexander-Juan Urango

    Arthur Abraham-Andre Dirrell

    Kelly Pavlik-Sergio Martinez

If I'm in Kelly Pavliks corner for the Martinez...

I'd tell him "DOUBLE THE &&&&ING JAB KELLY!!"

I'd tell Abraham to fight out of a defensive shell and explode for 30 seconds of every round.

I'd tell Dirrell to punch to the body and then run. Also, fall over if Abraham gets within punching distance.

    Or triple it.

    If doubling is not working.

I'd tell Urango to stalk forward menacingly and throw wild hooks.

I'd tell Alexander to outbox him with speed and avoid the wild hooks by Urango.

For Dirrell it would be to throw a lot of combos at AA and get out of dodge & out of range when Abe is trying to explode from that shell. Stay focussed when he does explode as he may leave himself open for counters & get reckless if Dirrell is constantly out of range a bit later in the fight.
