everything that night, shocked and disgusted me, from the commentry talking during the fight about how pacman has taken is foot of the gas and his heart might not be in boxing anymore, even calls during the fight for him retire, thats how bad the beating was, even amir khan is mate, was saying how hes taking too many shots and should retire, (although that was probably for selfish reasons as he wanted to fight floyd instead of pac.

Then at the end of the fight when the scores was red out, the look on pacs face, he knew he lost, hes a proud man and he didnt want to win in them circumstances.

People have been going on about Amir being the favored fighter if it goes to the scorecards in America but I haven't seen it so far. If you look at the Maidana scorecards there was nothing there that made it seem like Khan was the protected star. Same with the Peterson scorecards. It would have been very easy to give Khan the win in that fight if the judges were favoring him.

So far I haven't seen that Khan gets the star treatment on the scorecards in America. So lets see what happens in Vegas against Peterson...........

Bradley's pitter patter punches (along with his leading head) aint gonna do much to impress the judges....

I like Tim, i just dont see anyway he wins a decision. Not this time.

I think I scored it 118-110, or 117-111. I was already celebrating before the scorecards, I didn't think they would rob JMM as it was so clear he won. :-(

10/1 for a world class fighter whose probably only chance of victory is by decision are very good odds on the face of it. But I won't be touching it with a bargepole cos I can't see any way Bradley will win this one, legitimately or illegitimately.

  7. I can't see Bradley getting the nod personally. Marquez is probably the 4th biggest draw in the US behind Floyd, Pacquiao and Cotto.... and he's a better fighter with a better style for Manny than Bradley.

the more i think about this the more i think you can be right, its pretty obvious now that pac vs floyd aint going to happen and if it did, floyd would be so far in front that it isnt the PPV money spinner it would have been before the marquez fight.

where as bradley after winning pacman, would set up a pretty big event of floyd vs bradley, two americans, with maybe the winner fighting amir khan.

Fight to end rounds 1-3 @6-1.

Manny wipes him out or Bradley nuts him for a NC.

Yep i thought it was so obvious that he won, i was the same i was well chuffed a boxing masterclass then when the scores came out i went from :p to  in a matter of seconds.

One of lowest points as a boxing fan to see a man robbed like that.
You think Amir will be around to get that fight?. I think another loss to Lamont and he's gotta go chasing fighters like Ortiz/Berto etc.

    Totally agree. :deal

However, Pac will be juiced to the gills on Ariza-Side Meth, so he'll be extremely tough to stop.

i think he will win the rematch with lamont, i hope he doesnt cos that could maybe open the door for amir vs brook, but amir khan spent the first fight concentrating on how to beat floyd, trying to sell that fight, he showed a total lack of respect to lamont and took his eye of the ball and lamont fought to his maximum potential, Amir is lucky to be given this second chance and i think he will win this time round by UD.

he will then take an easy fight to step up to welterweight. which puts us in early 2013 where the floyd vs amir khan could well happen

  13. I don't think the odds are a fair reflection of the abilties of the two fighters at all. They are a fair reflection of the chances of Bradley getting a points decision. To do so he will have to totally dominate the fight and that's highly unlikely.

Bradley may be American but it's Pacquiao who is the home fighter. Vegas is his home. The bookmakers know it, the casinos know it. We all know that Marquez won the last fight. We all know who got the decision and why.

This is the fight fighters need to make there name. Gotta be done somewhere.

Ward beating Kessler for instance, Bradley will beat Pac IMO. The Chameleon will strike again!.

Not seen it but tbh i didn't listen to the Primetime commentary. I just focused on the fight and saw Marquez schooling Manny like a primary school child who was throwing wet tissue in toilet. The kid got told straight facts do it again and your mother will pay for the cleaning.
