These fictional rankings were made up because boxers like Sugar Ray Robinson and Henry Armstrong were beating guys at different weights (when weights were real) and it was a "What if?" he was a heavyweight or a lightweight on how they would do in that division. This means that Ward for instance should not be a P4P until he moves up in weight.

P4P means talent regardless of weight class.

For instance if everyone weighed the same, who would be the best fighter.

But Vlads main attribute is size and reach over his opponent so if if you take this away and make him the same size as another fighter?

That's why they're mythical rankings, we just don't know.

You can't strip attributes though, of you take away wlad's reach you would have to take away khans speed, Floyds timing, Golovkins power etc

That's where it gets silly trying to mess with their attributes so lets say Pac man could fight Wilder.
Who is the better fighter ? Pac so p4p he ranks higher

The best fighters in boxing regardless of weight.

not who would win ali or duran

What if said division was a murderes row, and said fighter beat the weakest titleholer then quickly got the hell out the frying pan? :think

    That logic is absolutely idiotic.

In fact, it isn't even logic at all. It isn't even a logical fallacy. It's just nonsense.

Indeed. It indicates, basically, a complete misunderstanding of the concept of "pound for pound.":patsch
