    Nigel Benn is pretty popular and he is the one British fighter I'd have loved to have seen fight live either at the arena or tele.

    For me as I've grown up for the last 6 years following the sport properly I'd say Froch, it may have been Hatton hadn't he fought Senchenko last year.

    fought in Boxing's overall greatest period and the greatest period for middleweights, the 1930s - 50s... fought UP out of his division fighting bigger men, the way it should be if your good enough to do so. Rocked New York and America and led an interestingly enigmatic life, and was haunted by his own demons.

    a tough, tough man from a very demanding time and world back then!
