I think its more of a claim you can give weight to HOF status, being the first brothers to own the HW titles, this is a historical precedent and therefore they deserve a HOF place for this. Think about it, this alone demands some respect and recognition - brothers!

(The Spinks were years apart and kinda preyed on knife edge decisions versus overthehill champions to achieve their claim whereas The Klits claim is longer).

However the obvious tag teaming will taint their legacy, meaning neither was dominant during their reign and would never have reigned for long without the help of the other. This is why I find it impossible to class them as ATGS, as well as the weak opps and unrevenged losses to weak opps tha twould shame real ATGs.
