You cannot take punches to the head without damage. All fighters are damaged.

We surely have a brain-damaged boxer here in Germany. It is Henry Maske, who thinks that he is the reincarnation of Max Schmeling.

Currently, there is even a movie about Schmeling's life in the cinemas - starring Henry Maske featuring Arthur Abraham. No Joke!

the fights which damage fighters the most are the sustained beatings. A one punch knockout doesn't seem to be as bad, as long as the fighter is not psychologically affected.

Just IMO but that would be horrible (the limit on how many fights someone can have)

It's not up to you or anyone else to dictate to pro fighters how many fights they can and cant have.... that is how they make their living, and more often then not, they have spent the majority of their life trying to get to that point or level, and to 'force' them to stop at 30 because of one thing or another, regardless of how noble the intention might be, is a slippery slope. Bad idea.
