You could say Margarito cheated in the cotto fight but..

he also threw everything off the back foot trying not to get hit in the face with a brick in Margo's glove.

Everything Margo has done is now completely tainted. Them's the breaks. You shoudn't cheat.

 

They were little pads hidden underneath and in between layers of gauze in Margo's wraps, and they were coated with a plaster like substance that hardens as it gets wet. And they were wetted down. He was caught RED HANDED, they REMOVED this **** FROM HIS GLOVED HAND!!!

people are saying there is no evidence in Margarito cheated against cotto but why would he first use those wraps in a fight against mosely where he was the favourite to win but not use them when Cotto was the favourite?

 

Because it's much harder to get away with that bull**** in Nevada. Either way, you cannot assume that he used them for the sake of argument.

 

It's for DAMN sure not the first time he used them. You'd have to have beaten wife syndrome or be a totally and absolutely devoted nuthugger to believe that.

I ain't no Margarito nuthugger. I am not even a Margarito fan by any stretch of the imagination.

I'm not saying that it was the first time he used them (if he did) but you can't just automatically assume that he used them in the Cotto fight that took place in Nevada where the commission is much more strict on that kind of stuff.

Maybe is some of his other Californie fights, but you can't just make the automatic jump to the Cotto fight just because it plays into a lot of people's excuses.

 

If Margarito DID CHEAT with the wraps than those blows will take some power out of you. So many Cottos punches got weaker and weaker cause he was getting hit with those wraps.

if margo really had his hand wraps loaded in that fight he wouldn't have walked around with these loaded wraps shaking hands with everyone even the cotto team and doing multiple interviews while wearing it, you'd figure someone would've felt that "rock hard plaster".

 

anyone with half a brain believes if he wanted to use it against a past his prime Shane, then of course he would've used them in the biggest fight of his career and a fighter in his prime like Cotto was.

 

that's the ****ing problem...he wouldn't cut them off. he kept them on because he was afraid of that **** falling out of the wraps. Most fighters like to cut the wraps immediately after the fight is over...not margo he walked back to his dressing room with that ****.
