Great response by Canelo when questioned about his speed compared to Plant's.

Idk why people see Canelo as slow. He actually has very fast hands. He was faster than all of his opponents except Mayweather and Khan. Plant will be third one but he isn't "much" faster than Canelo.

Its crqzy how strong canelo has gotten. I never considered him a power puncher at lower weights, now hes breaking orbitals and dislocating shoulders. Its very suspecious.

Canelo is plenty fast. It's rare that he faces somebody with more speed.

It's not just the speed, it's speed and a large size advantage (height and reach wise, no idea about fight night weight).

If Plant had amazing tactical discipline and a gas tank to jab and turn without interruption for 12 rounds this would be a very winnable fight for him. I doubt he has either but we'll see.
