Everyone Is Saying That All The Pressure Is On Floyd Mayweather But on The Contrary... It Should Be Viewed As Equally

    Floyd Win's
    - He Gets The Winner Of Pacman vs Cotto

    JMM Win's
    - He Gets The Fight Of His Dreams Regardless (if pacman loses this would be a perfect way to set him back up... i doubt jmm will beat pacman at this point) or if cotto wins and he wants to go ahead and do that.. he can take the cotto fight

    what do you guys think

Floyd's in ton of pressure. Having that 0 on his record.

    yeah and?

he's supposed to go in and win anyways..... jmm is the one who has a country on his shoulders & will get the rematch (3rd fight actually) of a fight thats been haunting him for years..

i believe he would take pacman win or lose if he beat floyd

how big of an upset would you consider it if jmm beat pbf??

(but to answer your question, yeah man i have thought about it...he has to want that pac fight more than any of these other boys just trying to cash in on pac's $$ train)

JMM knew what he got himself into and is more determined rather than pressured. PBF is more pressured. Losing this fight will not only erase that "0" in his record, it will also be embarrassing losing to a fighter 2 divisions lower.

I think there's a lot of pressure on JMM even if he's expected to heavily lose in this fight...

They're branding JMM as Mexico's Numero Uno but can't sense the supposedly massive support coming from Mexican boxing fans in this forum... I'm not sure but maybe they felt JMM is facing a losing battle... IMO, JMM needs to win this fight to get that kind of support Morales and Barrera got from Mexican fans...

I can even notice some considerable support to Arreola from Mexican fans to become the first Mexican heavyweight champion... On JMM's fight, I can hardly notice it...

IMO, the pressure is on both fighters. For FMJ, it's preserving his unblemished record, can't afford to lose to a smaller man and a win will certainly put him in the driver's seat as far as future negotiations w/ any fighter.

For JMM, lose this fight and he's done as far as mega money fights are concerned and if MP wins his bout w/ Cotto, he can kiss a Pac/ JMM III good bye.

More outside pressure on Floyd. People expect him to win. Still, I'm sure both men look at this as equally compelling to win.

To be honest he isn't really expected to win. That alone takes most of the pressure off. It won't really be a big dealing having a loss on his resume to an ATG well above his ideal weight.

we love our fighter's regardless. :deal
    (Win/Lose)

As far as Arreola... HW boxing ain't much On the mex radar.
(Most don't follow dude, besides he's American as apple pie)

There is some pressure on JMM, how much depends on your perspective. On the one hand, if he loses to Floyd, he lost to arguably the best fighter in the sport currently two weight classes higher than he's ever fought before, and he got a career high payday out of the deal. On the other, if he loses to Floyd and Manny beats Cotto, he'll most likely never get his desired third fight with Pacquaio, and there really isn't much out there otherwise in terms of big fights. He could try to make a fight for a belt at 140 or could defend his 135 but the big money fights wouldn't be there.
