Mayweather and Brooke won. It's as simple as that.

I had Chino winning the first 5, 8 and 12. Porter Brook was too close to call in my estimation. Chino beat Floyd against the ropes most rounds. There is no comparison between the fights though. totally different as Chino has more boxing skills than Proter.

Because people score fights with their emotions rather than basing their scores on what is actually happening. Hate or fanboyism blinds them to reality. That's why there is such hypocrisy and inconsistency. Froch v Dirrell is another great example of this.

Maidana did so much better than Porter did, Floyd just about won, Brook won easily and would have been a robbery if he lost.

Different fight, different action, completely different styles.
Cant see why they are really being compared

I literally had the same scores, maybe 117-111 was the lowest I could give for Porter-Brook.

It's obvious why, Mayweather wasn't expected to look bad/troubled against Maidana while Brook was expected to get sparked within 6 rounds at most. When the unexpected happens, people tend to overreact.

The majorty of fans easily turn their backs on favorites that end up losing, here are some obvious examples. Hatton vs Pacquiao, Cotto vs Concreto, Martinez vs Cotto, Pavlik vs Hopkins, Pascal vs Hopkins II, Alvarez vs Mayweather, Khan vs Prescott, Pacquiao vs Morales I...etc. Funny thing is when these fighters return and impress these same fans jump on the bandwagon again.
