You guys are dumb if think Manny runs 10 miles a day

He starts his training in the Philippines and finish in LA. If he does run 10 miles everyday in 8 weeks

I doubt he runs 10 miles per day, Honestly I think that would be putting way to much on Manny and likely burn him out, keep in mind he has other **** to do for training, his work outs with Ariza, and then you have your normal everyday gym sessions as well for 3 hours.
Highley doubt he is giving up 60 miles per week.

 

I did a Marathon and I'm never doing it again! but 10miles is easy, a day not so much.

 

iron man dont punch each other in the face for 8-10 rounds after they run 10 times, they dont hit the heavy bag, they dont do 2,000 sit ups, they arent singing in night clubs later that night, they arent congressmen and tv actors or making movies...they swim and bike.....

 

Try doing 10 miles per day then going to your regular gym routines everyday as well with out cutting out any of the work outs..
No way does pacquiao run ten miles per day I will carry that to the grave with me....

 

hate to break it to you...but 9 minute miles over the course of 10 miles...is far from slow.....if you can run 10 miles in 90 minutes, every ****ing day, after doing 5 hours of gym work the day before every day...then you are truly a comic book hero that needs a cape

 

not to mention, does anyone have any idea of what kind of calories you would burn? pac would have trouble weighing 135 pounds.....its impossible to gain weight running 10 miles a day

 

Exactly, then you have 3 hours at the gym after words he would still be a super feather weight.

 

I couldn't agree more if any of these *******s had ever stepped foot in a boxing gym and actually trained for a fight they would know there would be no way in hell you run that much and do gym work as well every day and not be overtrained. These idiots will believe anything team Pac tells them. If Pac tells them he can walk on water they'll believe that as well.:rofl If anything this gives people more evidence that the guy is on PEDs if he's really doing this but they're too busy defending him and too stupid to even realize this.:-(

I mean that is just over the top, I mean its one thing to be a fan, its kinda creepy when you have a fanatic, but mother **** me when you see someone who knows where they work out what times etc... I wouldnt be surprised if they know his entire daily routine, I am sure he has followed him around probably to watch him eat with his family and friends to the karaoke joint etc...
